Booking and Cancellation Policy

No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

 

• No show appointments and Same-day Cancellations/ Rescheduling will be charged for 50% of the service fee.​

• All appointments booked same day are subject to cancellation fee

• VIA PHONE CALL: please call us at Hands on Chiropractic & Health on 0430477894. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
